[FPC News] FPC Files Supreme Court Brief in NRA First Amendment Lawsuit

WASHINGTON (January 19, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of a brief with the United States Supreme Court in support of the NRA’s First Amendment lawsuit against the former Superintendent of New York’s Department of Financial Services (DFS).
