[FPC News] FPC WIN: Federal Judge Blocks California’s SB2 Handgun Carry Bans

SANTA ANA, CA (December 20, 2023) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that Federal District Judge Cormac J. Carney issued a preliminary injunction in its Carralero v. Bonta lawsuit, blocking enforcement of California’s newest ban on firearm carry. The opinion can be viewed at FPCLegal.org.
