SAN DIEGO, CA (September 18, 2023) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that it has filed a renewed motion for summary judgment in its Nguyen v. Bonta lawsuit, which challenges California's ban on purchasing more than one handgun or semiautomatic, centerfire rifle in a 30-day period.
