SAN DIEGO (April  11, 2024) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced the filing of a new lawsuit challenging California’s ban on firearm carry by non-residents. The complaint in Hoffman v. Bonta can be viewed at FPCLegal.org.
