[FPC News] FPC Files Brief in Case to Shoot Down 3 Texas “Gun-Free” Zones

FORT WORTH, TX (May 29, 2025) – Today, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that it has filed a reply brief in support of its motion for summary judgment in the group’s Second Amendment lawsuit challenging laws prohibiting individuals from carrying firearms at certain locations in Texas.
