The "cafe" for pickup is only about 15-20 minutes from my house. Wish I had known about them sooner. After I finish my current Factor meals I'm going to try them. They're less expensive too. Terry RE: What's for supper! - Rampy - 04-16-2025 You have to order the low carb & high protein versions when they do the weekly fresh ones. The frozen meals are one size fits all and no special dietary ones This is one she got today ![]()
RE: What's for supper! - Rampy - 04-16-2025 They seem less processed than Factor, the Arnold was a tad spicy & Timber loved it…. They are 1 bowl meals, no separate veggies it’s all combined, not sure about portion size, these bowls are smaller but factor seems to have more wasted space Initial impression is favorable for both of us ![]()

The meals look really good in the pictures and a few YouTube video reviews. I'm going to stop in the cafe next week and check them out. Terry RE: What's for supper! - Rampy - 04-18-2025 Philly cheesesteak tub tonight from clean eats Was quite tasty but lacked in meat, need to order a few low carb high protein meals and see how they compare to the pre made frozen meals
RE: What's for supper! - tommag - 04-27-2025 Thick pork chop, put garlic powder, salt, and pepper on them and put back in the fridge for a few hours. Grilled with BBQ sauce. Balsamic brussel sprouts, tossed with olive oil, minced garlic and balsamic vinegar. Roasted around 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

It wasn't hard to do. https://www.spendwithpennies.com/balsamic-roasted-brussels-sprouts/#wprm-recipe-container-222393 Don't use balsamic glaze if you want low carb, it's basically a syrup made with balsamic vinegar and brown sugar, balsamic vinegar only. |
