You can substitute Swerve brown sugar for the brown sugar. Excellent product imo..

I forgot to show the jar of salsa. Not exactly keto but not too bad.

Not tonight but I've been busy in the kitchen.  I'm helping out with a large graduation party across the street tomorrow. So far 32 confirmed guests. This morning I made my broccoli tomato onion salad with zesty Italian dressing. Then I made a Japanese potato salad. https://thebigmansworld.com/japanese-potato-salad-recipe/. It's a really good recipe.
Now that the flavors are blending I spatchcocked two chickens and have them in the fridge dry brining.
Now it's time to grab the maul and split some maple for tomorrow. Later tonight I'm going to make a double batch of blueberry coffee cake.https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/blueberry-streusel-coffee-cake/#RecipeCard
For tonight, a thick pork chop and a baked potato and some foil pack asparagus.
I think I need a dishwasher.

If that's a picture of you, you're a lot better looking than everybody says.

I have bacon wrapped pork tenderloin medallions marinating in evoo, vinegar, minced garlic, mustard and honey. Foil packet carrots with evoo, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Putting it on the propane grill because I don't feel like splitting wood and starting a fire. Besides that, high winds and temperatures with 18% humidity.[Image: 20250708-200615.jpg]
