Farmed Columbia River steelhead steak that had nearly as much fat as a king salmon. I was pleasantly surprised. I seasoned it with dry dill, pepper, and a touch of garlic salt. The rice was a pseudo Spanish rice made with a can of Herdez Salsa Casera, cumin, grated garlic, etc. Left over foil packet carrots.

That looks perfect.

Pollo ala Brasa with green rice and aji Verde sauce, it's becoming a regular thing here.

Chicken adobado, refried beans, avocado, and the green rice I've become so fond of.

Not for a few days, I'm making tips and noodles today, but I found this recipe. https://lyndyskitchen.com/garlic-butter-meatballs-parmesan-linguine/
It sounds really good, what do you folks think?

Looks like a good recipe. It appears each ingredient per step is a decent blend and not overwhelming.

Beef tips and noodles, finally. Browned beef with salt and pepper and dredged in flour. Cooked onion, mushrooms and garlic, stuck that in crock pot on high. Added paprika, thyme, beef bullion and cheap red wine.
It should be good, pretty tough to screw up beef and noodles. I'll be adding garlic asparagus with a little grated Romano cheese on the side.

It's as good as it sounds!

I was out of parmesan so I used the last of my Romano. I estimated the garlic since this Russian Inferno has 4 or 5 cloves to a very large bulb.

Chicken paprikash. Not hungry tonight so I just ate one thigh and a little sauce. It'll be even better tomorrow and I'll make some nokedli to go with it. The neighbors approve!

My wife has made that a couple of times. Good stuff!
