LAS VEGAS (October 6, 2025) — Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) is urging members outside California to immediately apply for a carry license to legally exercise their rights in the Golden State. To support its members seeking to apply to carry in the Golden State, FPC created a new online resource with links to critical documents and the carry license application site for each of California’s 58 counties. This follows FPC’s landmark victory in Hoffman v. Bonta, where a federal court permanently struck down California’s unconstitutional ban on carry by non-residents.
