ceramic pans - tommag - 11-16-2025 When I replaced my Teflon egg pan I bought one of those ceramic pans from Walmart, blue diamond brand. If one believes the tv ads ceramic is miraculous. Mine sucks, butter or oil is mandatory and I still get spots where the eggs stick a little. Did I just get the wrong one? RE: ceramic pans - olfart - 11-16-2025 Santa brought Dena one of those $150 Gordon Ramsey skillets with the little raised dot pattern in it. Supposed to be non-stick. Nope. Have to scrub scrambled eggs out of it with a 3M scrubber pad. Methinks they lie a lot. RE: ceramic pans - Rampy - 11-17-2025 We have a large collection of Le Creuset pots/pans, Dutch ovens and such I’ll throw some olive oil & butter into a skillet & cook 4 easy over eggs or scrambled eggs All skip out silly easy leaving the pan almost clean RE: ceramic pans - Rampy - 11-17-2025 This is my favorite egg pan, medium heat, butter & olive oil (healthy they are) and eggs Sometimes scrambled with cheese and salsa

I do scrambled in butter ans fried in bacon grease. Now I want some eggs for lunch! Fortunately, my buddy John brought some of his chicken's eggs yesterday. Terry |
