suppressors on an ar15 - tommag - 07-24-2026 I tried a suppressor on a 6.5 Grendel the other day. I knew it would be dirtier but had no idea how much so. One range trip w/o it for 60 rounds and the next trip with it for 35 rounds before cleaning. I normally don't let them get really dirty so I've nothing to compare it to but I imagine it would take 400 rounds in noisy mode to get this dirty. The superlative arms adjustable gas block was recommended to me so I looked it up. Interesting block, it vents to the outside rather than restricting the gas. Unfortunately, I'm limited to the parts I already have because of the ban here. Oh well, it's for the children so I should be happy |
