That this is even a question tells me that a lot of judges and a whole lot of politicians need to be used as tree decorations. If the Constitution had any teeth, those who wrote the laws, voted for the laws, signed the laws, and ruled on the laws would be thrown out of office and handed over to The People for proper disposal.
