My thoughts on it. 

1. It is good to know that the left is comfortable with segregated schools. Girls only? They'd crap kittens if it was done here.
2. If there were 2 missiles and they struck 40 minutes apart, why weren't there a bunch of men rescuers killed? Did they know there was explosives inside and avoided it like the plague?
3. All the AI bullcrap being put out is sucking in the mentally disabled like leftists.
4. If the left can say "words are violence" and get away with it, why don't we just call words Treason and get away with it?
5. The "news media" is willing to repeat any lie they hear from anyone without a speck of proof, but only if it is damaging to Trump or the US as a whole.
6. If that doesn't fall under the category of "providing aid and comfort to the enemy" I don't know what does.
7. We aren't just at war with Iran, we are at war with the leftists who wholeheartedly support them.
8. No matter how much you hate the media, you need to crank it up a notch.

I was instructed to sit in the ditch with a female officer watching me while her partner went through my truck.  Physically, I'm about 15' from the door and the floor of the truck is 5' above the ground, so it's clearly not in my wingspan/lunge area.

Her reaction when he hollered GUN! was amazing. She drew down on me and was shaking visibly with her finger in the trigger guard. I honestly thought I had a fair chance of being shot. 

The incident in Minneapolis brought this memory up. While the nurse was a real dumb ass for going to a police action and inserting himself while armed, I do believe it was a bad shoot. I have no problem with him being armed, I'm always armed myself. I do have a problem with him not avoiding a problem area, he was clearly looking for trouble.

I get it, it was a very dynamic event, he wasn't sitting there peacefully and his pistol was discharged. I'm sure the first officer to fire didn't see that it wasn't in the dick head's hands. Given the scenario, I probably would've shot, too. While we have the luxury of watching the videos in the safety of our homes, they didn't.

This doesn't meet the standard of murder but I do believe it'll not be ruled justifiable homicide, especially in little Mogadishu.

Now he is trying to say he didn't know it was going to be a church. But when he got to the church he just marched on in with the mob and did "journalism". Unfortunately for him, ignorance of the law is no excuse. And there is a law which covers this action. It is formally known as the Enforcement Act of 1871, it is informally known as the "kkk act". The law was created because the kkk all across the south was depriving the People of the free exercise of their Bill of Rights Rights. The democrat politicians in those places were not enforcing the law to protect those people that lived in their jurisdictions.

This law broke the kkk over the next several years. The law is very specific on what is allowed to happen and to who. The who is anyone who is participating in the denial of someone their Rights under the Bill of Rights and the 14th Amendment.  It is not limited to the people who were invading churches, but because the local and state government were not doing their jobs they were subject to the law as well.

How does it work? It gives POTUS the power to suspend Habeas Corpus and send in the military to enforce the law. Suspending habeas corpus means that anyone accused of conspiring in the act may be arrested and held indefinitely without judicial oversight. That includes local and state politicians who are not lifting a finger to enforce the law. It also includes law enforcement who aren't doing their jobs and judges who aren't doing theirs. The military goes in, arrests them, by force if necessary and then they get held indefinitely or until the emergency has been resolved and calm has returned. It does not mean they don't get charged with crimes and are free to go, it means until the situation is resolved to the satisfaction of POTUS, they sit locked up. 

Most of the people currently on the streets would hear this and go home. Many will not and be themselves subject to arrest. It is likely some will respond with violence and that is their choice. They just need to understand that of the people that resisted with violence in the 1870's were hunted down and killed by the Army. It isn't what I want to see, but it will likely happen. The left thinks they live in a democracy and mobs of people rule.

It is weird how in all the times the law has been used, it has been against democrats. It is almost like they believe a Constitutional Republic is a democracy, mob rule. Some things never change.]]>
