All I saw was some dude saying the exact same shit the mayor of NYC is saying

He is saying it’s time to stop people from leaving & tax them even after they leave the city while at the same time taking their business and running it

Yep, that's it. I especially liked his statement that they can't take their buildings with them, so they're stuck in NY.
