Postimages stores pictures on an external hosting service, not as MyBB attachments. Do not upload confidential photos. If the hosted file is deleted, it may no longer appear in older posts. Button placement can vary by editor or device.

Gallery uploads and forum attachments are separate systems. Uploading to the gallery does not always insert an image into a post automatically.

Thread subscriptions and forum subscriptions are different features.
Forum subscriptions typically monitor new threads rather than every reply in the forum.
Favorites are different from subscriptions: saving a thread does not necessarily generate notifications.
