And realistically, we will never know if the bullet that hit Charlie was fired by that gun. It didn't stay in his body and it looked like everything behind him was concrete so splat goes the bullet. It already is. There’s a video showing a muzzle flash from an open window in another building next to the one the “shooter” was on at the exact time Kirk was hit. I’ve seen the video and there’s no mistaking it’s a muzzle flash. That window was on a straight trajectory to Kirk. The “shooters” rifle is a 30-06. The noise from that should have had everyone ducking and running but they didn’t. A 30-06 that can bring down a deer at distance should have just about blown his head off .
They say he had the rifle hidden in his backpack. The BP he was wearing in the video showing him walking into the place was not big enough to hide it even broken down. Also, if that was true, putting it back together would have affected his scope zero. There are many more unexplained things that put the lie to the official story. JFK anyone?!
