Microwave omelette

Several guys on another forum I frequent were bragging about this so I tried it last night. It is surprisingly good!
Whisk an egg with a spoonful of mayo until it gets a little fluffy. Put that and a pat of butter into a ramekin or bowl and microwave on high about 35 seconds. I used 2 eggs and a heaping soup spoon of may and put it in for 75 seconds. I mixed dried chives because that's all I had handy, but maybe some green chilies and cheese next time.

Sounds good. Every morning I beat and microwave 4 eggs to the consistence of a wet scrambled egg. Salt and pepper. Life sustaining.
