Spirits Review #45: Redemption -  Straight Rye Whiskey!

Bottom Line: Almost no burn with a fruit & pepper note on the nose. Significant alcohol and / or pepper burn up front. Followed by fruit and more pepper. This is a hot one. Ice tamed the burn and let the flavors come through more.  2 Solid thumbs up!

I’m a big Rye fan, but have more booze in the house than I will ever hope to drink
