Not that they don't need water from here and elsewhere, but fill your reservoirs in the winter before sucking your neighbors dry. Way back when, Mulholland managed to get the water rights from the Owens valley for Los Angeles and destroyed that area of California.

Nobody is here. They just diverted water from the federal projects south per what I read. Nobody is talking about it on radio or news

It is the US Army Corps of Engineers that is doing the water thing. Mostly, they don't wear uniforms so it is kind of hard to recognize when they are doing their thing.
