I've never had sweet potatoes before, only candied yams. Tonight I baked some in the oven, about 50 minutes at 425°. Ate them with just butter and DANG, they're good that way!

They can be very good with butter.

They can be very good with butter. Depending on how cooked, they can also have a lower glycemic index number than a white potato.

Butter & brown sugar, Okinawa brown sugar if available is really really really yummie and not to sweet

If I do brown sugar in / on anything, I use Swerve. Tastes exactly the same to me.

I'm liking the not too sweet taste of no added sugar. Funny though, I like a lot of brown sugar on my winter squash.
