And told the ATF to not appeal the court ruling so now free citizens can purchase SBR’s, Cans & Aow’s on a 4473, no more trusts forms 1/4 or other crap

Unfortunately, if they're removed from the nfa, I won't be able to purchase another one here. Wa says I can only possess a suppressor if it's registered in compliance with the nfa. Since the Marxists control this state I'm sure that'll never be relaxed.

don’t even think I can take a silencer to NC legally, but the entire industry & legal eagles are in such a flux. I tried accessing silencer shop today & their website had crashed 🤣🤣

Wife found a BBQ restaurant in Columbia SC we need to vist and is looking at possibly going out this fall now 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Never heard of that place. The place you want to go is Maurice's Piggie Park. They've been the number 1 barnecue joint since I was a child. They have several locations all over town. There's one about an 8 minute drive from my house. This is it:

Please tell me what this means. Say it like I’m a first grader. I don’t have time to get to my LGS to ask about/order the can my son wants for his wife’s 350 Legend so I’m asking you ‘cause you know about these things.

Can I order a suppressor from Griffin Armament in Iowa without a 4473? Ship to me, or do I have to buy it from/ship it to my LGS? Do I still need a 4473?

As I understand it, a 4473 is still mandatory. Since it's only 1 court, I'd imagine most dealers would err on the side of caution and stick to the way it's been done in the past, at least until the dust settles.

Seems the VA thinks I need to see a endocrinologist and today they went to schedule it & first available appointment is right in the middle of the pre planning so trying to figure the shit out as it never fails

oh and found out today the front crankshaft seal is leaking on the truck 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

From my limited understanding you have to purchase from one of the companies in the lawsuit

I was told I can purchase a can from silencer shop using their dealer network (you can find a local dealer on their website) they ship to that dealer & you fill out a 4473 and take it home (after a background check) as long as your state's laws are such they allow cans without any ATF compliance

it’s still really in flux, trying to figure out all the legal stuff it seems

I read the government has 60 days to file an appeal of some kind but Trump told the ATF to not file and let it happen

Have not looked much today will see what the interwebs has to say shortly
