it’s intermittent, works and then does not, took me 4 tries for the original post & finally did with the picture 

I tried replying to a couple posts and got the same message so gave up

Took 6 tries for the above post to post,
I click on post reply and nothing

Then the page partially disappears but still shows the dialogue box and post reply button

And again
