[FPC News] FPC Commends Supreme Court Decision Against Mexican Government in Lawsuit

This should have been dismissed at the district court level. "No Standing" should have been the rule of the day. If you are not in our country, then you have no standing to file suit against any entity or person in this country. Instead it had to go all the way to SCOTUS where they blamed the legislation instead of the lack of standing. And from the videos I have seen, there are an awful lot of full auto weapons in the hands of the cartels in Mexico. Maybe the Mexican government should send their military after the cartels instead of wasting our taxpayer money filing illegitmate lawsuits.
