[FPC News] FPC WIN: Order Vacating Biden “Pistol Brace” Rule Stands, Government

NEW ORLEANS (July 17, 2025) – This afternoon, Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) and the federal government agreed to a joint dismissal of the government’s appeal in our Mock v. Bondi lawsuit, a case that successfully challenged the Biden ATF’s “pistol brace” ban rule and secured injunctive relief for gun owners while the case was being litigated to final judgment, which completely vacated the rule.

We're I to register one I would've gone the SBR route. A 10.5" 300bo with a collapsible stock seems much better than a brace. Of course if I were to register one I'd have to get the lower engraved.

Hopefully we don't have to register SBR's or Silencers pretty soon!

You really can’t tell a difference & the brace does not need permission to travel
