That is the default avatar!  You can change it to what ever you want by clicking the avatar and then clicking EDIT AVATAR.

The little moon icon changes the screen to Dark Mode, and of course, the envelope is your PM inbox icon.

Kidding. But that would be a cool way to sequence from warnings to being banned. Targeted as shown now, zoomed, red mist.
