I’ve been shooting 3 different brands of 32 ammo, double tap, Lost River and High Desert ammo
When my double tap and lost river is shot up High Desert will be my ammo of choice

You also have the option of 32 Long which High Desert developed a self defense load. Nice thing about High Desert is it’s retired cop owned and has worked is working with some serious revolver guys to develop excellent ammo that shoots to point of aim with as little recoil as possible while also achieving good depth
I’ve never shot 32 Long, the daughter has out of my 632 UC and she has that revolver on loan and she says it’s very accurate with noticeable less noise and recoil
