Washington saving me money!

I was going to buy an e-bike this year but the state rewrote the laws. Now, anything that goes over 20mph is classified as a motorcycle, registration/insurance/licence endorsement required.
Now, I stop by North 40 intending to buy an sr1911. I knew we had a 10 day waiting period but I learned I have to take a safety course to purchase a firearm now. I knew that starting next year you have to get a license to buy one.
Anyway, California Del Norte is doing it's best to protect my wallet.

If you think about it...there are very few things that you can do or own without paying some sort of tax, fee or registration for it!
