I've had the chicken hind quarters marinating for 2 days, going to grill it tonight. The avocado salad is yummy! The green sauce is excellent as well, even if I misread the amount of salt and added too much.
I'll edit this later to report on everything.

I used a little too much broth in the rice so it wasn't fluffy, but still tasted good. The chicken was great by itself but really good with the green sauce. The sauce was the star of the show, I'll be keeping some in the fridge pretty regularly, although I'll make it with serranos in the future. It helped the rice as well.
