Not sure how many of you guys know what I do for work. I spent 12 years mainly doing road construction and oil field work and a few other odds and ends, but moved into trucking full time last fall running the Dalton highway up here in Alaska. 

I’ll try to post pics here and there on this thread and maybe tell a tale or two from the road. Right now it’s transitioning to winter. Snow and ice on the roads, but way too warm and even some rain so it’s been slick out there. 

This guy had a bad day and slid backwards off of finger mountain with a set of chains on. 

I just got off the phone with a close friend from Ethiopia. He's back in Seattle as of yesterday. He tells me there's a lot of enthusiasm in Ethiopia about this election, they're very happy! It's always nice to get real on the ground reports from other parts of the world.

I figured harris losing would drive them over the edge and ignite widespread fuckery. So far there hasn't been a peep except in Chicago where the democrats protested that democracy isn't "fair". Could be they are waiting until the inauguration but that begs the question the democrats don't want asked. If ANTIFA isn't an organized group and instead is just a bunch of individuals acting on their own accord, how is it that they are all are exercising restraint after being defeated in the election? The only possible answer to that, of course, is that they are actually organized and are waiting for instruction on when to start the burning of cities. Who exactly is instructing them? 

Of course, it could just be that even ANTIFA was sick and tired of what the democrats were doing and they are OK with their bosses getting the boot. But I give that about a 0.00001% chance of being the case as I have watched many unhinged liberals crying that they are going to be sent off to the gulags for thought crime. 

Given what happened in DC Inauguration day in 2017, I would expect things to be even worse this time around. And I would expect the democrats would really be regretting giving the SECDEF authority to "preserve lives" by having the military act as law enforcement within CONUS.

I'd like to welcome Karl to the group. He's a personal friend and the owner of the SRG repeater. (Don't call him a ham, he prefers amateur radio operator) 
Anyway, the SRG repeater covers eastern Washington from the cascade crest to the Montana state line as well as southern British Columbia. It's an amazing system. No irlp or echolink so you can't get in if you're out of the area.

Went and booked a hotel in DC for Trump’s inauguration 😱😬🥶🥶🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Had a moment of brilliance & booked the next to the last room at all of $120 a night 

It’s actually on a joint Army/Marine base that butts up to Arlington National Cemetery (and had a walk in gate, need to check on that) 

Researching public transportation in DC now, I’m not sure I’m capable of all the walking required to attend Trumps inauguration but if nothing more it’s a excuse in mental masturbation 🤣🤣🤣

Republicans still need 13 House seats to maintain control and strangely every single House race that hasn't been called yet are in areas where the democrats like to play games and manufacture votes. If the dems get the house it will be gridlocked to get anything done in the next 4 years and at this point that is all the dems have left.

And I don't think kamala's "concession speech" today was anything but a play for time. The dems are still going to pull something and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if that something is china invading Taiwan. 75 days until Trump is sworn in, they are going to go out in a blaze of glory and leave him with a pile of ashes.
