I made this tonight and it was great!
Normally I wouldn't buy lamb because of cost but my local store had some "use or freeze by yesterday" on sale for 3.85/lb.
Wine Review #21: City Scape Winery - Dark Chocolate Red!
Bottom line: Red wine on the nose. John smelled chocolate but I didn’t. Slightly dry. John tasted a hint of chocolate but I didn’t. Tasted like a Cabernet Sauvignon to me. 3 thumbs up!
