Bottom line: No bad smell or visible mold. Smells slightly of raisins. A slight tangy raison flavor with a hint of the lemon. The flavor was tolerable.

I've never had it before but it sounded good so I tried it. I had almost everything required in my cabinet except for the rice vinegar. I substituted white vinegar even though it has a different flavor. I picked up some shredded cabbage and mushrooms and away I went!
A word of caution... Put the danged marinade away until you're ready to use it. One taste turned into two turned into a tablespoon turned into..... Man is it good!
Anyway, I wilted the cabbage down more than I should've and it looked like 80% meat when it was done but it still was very good. I'll be making it again, next time with rice vinegar. I didn't bother with the tortillas, just ate it with a fork. If you're a fan of sambal oelak (fermented hot chilis) I found it made a nice combination with a teaspoon on the plate beside it even though the moo shu is a sweet flavored dish.

Homeless vagrants broke open light pole electric box & were charging phones there. Now Denver has 40k plus criminal aliens the majority from Venezuela. That was a 7/11 that had to close due to heavy crime in the area, shoplifting and I think they had 2 shootings outside of it……
Every intersection had someone holding a sign, the crappy picture his sing said he just arrived in the US did not speak English and needed something and then the word taxes…while his daughter???? Was playing on a cell iPhone
The guy with the lawn chair was actually walking into the street with his sign while smoking and then flipped his cigarette on a car that honked at him…..
