<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">FORT WORTH, Texas (January 21, 2025)—Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) and FPC Action Foundation (FPCAF) have filed an important new lawsuit challenging federal laws prohibiting licensed firearm dealers from selling handguns to out-of-state buyers. I've never watched TV much but now that I'm retired I am. I'm amazed at all the pomp and ceremony going on. It's going on to 8 hours now. The Mississippi Valley college marching band was PHENOMENAL!
I talked a friend in a Seattle suburb and he reported that the amount of fireworks in his neighborhood this morning was incredible. Could it be that even in far left Seattle the tide is turning? Nah, that's just wishful thinking.
