I minced 4 cloves of chesnok red garlic (rich garlic flavor when cooked) and mixed that into about 12 oz of burger before shaping it into a huge patty and fried it in the pan.
Salt and pepper after turning it, topped with extra sharp cheddar and put it on a kaizer roll.
I make a hot catsup by mixing a bunch of black pepper into it and letting it sit 20 minutes or so. Store bought steak cut fries in the oven with the catsup.
Some may say "Too much garlic!", but I haven't had a vampire nibble on my neck yet.

Chicken thighs have been marinating in a cilantro lime garlic puree a couple hours after rubbing them with chili powder-cumin-cayenne-salt and pepper. Put them in the crockpot. Serving that with green rice (spinach, cilantro, and garlic). It'll make a turd.

I love chicken thighs but can't seem to find any except skinless, boneless thighs thighs around here the last couple of years. . That takes all the flavor out of them! I gurss they just haven't figured out how to 3D print skin and bones yet.
