[FPC News] FPC Backs Major New Lawsuit to End National Firearms Act

AMARILLO, Texas (October 9, 2025) — Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) today announced the filing of a major new federal lawsuit challenging the unconstitutional National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA), which subjects peaceable people to an Orwellian federal regulatory scheme and felony prosecution. The plaintiffs in Jensen v. ATF include FPC Action Foundation, three individual citizens, Hot Shots Custom, Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, and Texas State Rifle Association.
