AMARILLO, Texas (January 20, 2026) – Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) today announced the filing of a combined reply and opposition brief in Jensen v. ATF, an FPC-backed federal lawsuit challenging key provisions of the National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA). FPC is supporting the litigation as part of its nationwide program of strategic litigation to eliminate unconstitutional laws and policies that restrict the right to keep and bear arms.
