That’s a problem I have, tend to push to hard to fast. Scared the crap out of the physical therapists at the local hospital while the VA’s physical therapists knew how to guide and channel my pushing so hard
hopefully the wife will help keep me from overdoing things
I had one physical therapist who understood and helped me to learn how lazy the brain actually is and after you push it so hard it actually hurts you
