Damn phone thinks I'm dangerous

So I'm watching Chicago PD and the girl talks about rape. Suddenly a voice comes out of my tablet. "Who, you didn't tell anyone? Take a breath. Call 911, don't take matters into your own hands. Reach out.." 
That's as far as it got when I figured out how to shut it off.  Wonder if LEOs will show up?
