If I don’t have to pay for a tax stamp on a suppressor, do I still have to do a Form 4473 or Form 4? Will they be like a gun that is legal to manufacture for yourself? Eliminating the tax is a good start, but…?

In reading that, it looks like nothing changes except for the $200 charge for the stamp.
