He's getting Hospice care now. Says he doesn't have the strength to pick up an AR15 anymore. I don't think he has much longer. I'm going to have to go buy me a suit and tie for his funeral. I haven't owned one since the mid 90s but he deserves my best. When he's gone I only have one other friend left, John, my review partner. He's 10 years older than me. I really hate the thought of outliving everyone close to me but that's what I've done so far. I'll do whatever GOD wants me to do but I don't want to end up alone.

living in a military town, all my friends are everywhere but here. They all have moved on and only in sporadic contact & don’t have any true friends left here
who I thought were friends actually turned out to be friendly acquaintances as long as I was going to car shows and stuff but once I sold the charger and stopped going to car shows they ghosted me (not military but locals)
it can really suck ass…..
oh well, off to stumble around the house getting ready to spend a couple nights in a hotel 6ish hours from here
