How does the recoil of the 32 mag compare to 38 wadcutters? Which do you think, based on your own research, would be more effective at making a bad guy less bad?

when one can find Gold Dot short barrel 38spl ammo thats the gold standard in snubs
im down to 20ish rds of it and loaded hard cast wadcutters and the gold dots were reload due to bullet profile & easier to reload under stress
Was/is carrying George Arms wadcutter ammo in my 38 and shooting it, it’s excellent ammo and soft shooting it’s designed for 2”revolvers and passes the denim jel tests with ease
32 recoil is noticeably less than 38, I’ve read where people claim it’s 40% less
all I know is it’s noticeably less and I can shoot lots more 32 before getting fatigued even when shooting hot double tap ammo

The regular Gold dot is what I;\'m carrying in it now. I'm looking at the Underwood 150 Grain Wadcutter. I already to carry the GD in my speedloader.
