Just took night pills with a  cup of protein powder with 2 hard boiled eggs

I need to start eating more eggs. My friend John brings me fresh eggs from his chickens. They haven't been washed so they last a lot longer in the fridge than store bought. The yolks are a darker, brighter yellow too.

Went and looked at factorvmeals again, the menus I’m able to get looks like it’s quite improved from last I ordered

might have to try them again when I can afford them

I can't afford them every week but it's cheaper than all the takeout I was eating every week. Also, not as tasty but healthier.

Last night’s Factor - Romano Shredded Chicken with Tomato Cream, red peppers and Zucchini:

The chicken was ender and tasty. The cream was tasty but not much tomato flavor. Not enough red peppers to really notice. The Zucchini was a little extra crunchy but okay. I marked this one a YES!

Tonight’s Factor - Buffalo Style Sour Cream Chicken & Ranch Mash with Bacon Onion Jam & Roasted Veggie Medley:

The chicken breast was dry as usual. The buffalo sauce was decent, not too hot but hot enough. I tasted NO bacon in the mash. The veggies were okay but, again, as usual, not enough of it to qualify as a side dish. I marked this one NO!

Eating out is stupidly expensive anymore so don’t hardly ever do that, trying to pay off the summer trip, bank for Christmas trip & then next summer after the wife finally retires

my takeout has been reduced to 2-3 places, all high protein low carb trying to lower my A1C

Might go out for Texas Roadhouse this weekend but not sure, otherwise been grilled pork chops, grilled brats and eggs with a few frozen veggies oh and those protein shakes….
Tonight’s Factor - Jalapeno - Lime Cheddar Chicken with spicy cauliflower rice:

The breast was a little less dry than usual. It was tasty and not as spicy as I expected. I didn’t taste any lime. I marked this one MATBE!

“What’s for supper?” You ask? Portillo’s is what’s for supper. Combo, with sweet pepper dipped, and fries

…of course. Silly question.
