Congress Dropped the Tax. GOA Is Dropping the Hammer. GOA filed the One, Big, Beautiful Lawsuit to tear down the unconstitutional NFA registration regime. The Department of Justice is being forced to defend this law in court, and they must respond to us by November 20th. This is history in the making. [GOA News] He Defeated the NFA Tax — Now RINOs Want Him Gone

Thanks to the tireless leadership of Congressman Andrew Clyde, the NFA tax on suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and other NFA items will drop to $0 next year. In the NFA’s 91-year history, no one else has taken this big of a step to repeal the tax. When I replaced my Teflon egg pan I bought one of those ceramic pans from Walmart, blue diamond brand. If one believes the tv ads ceramic is miraculous. Mine sucks, butter or oil is mandatory and I still get spots where the eggs stick a little. Did I just get the wrong one?

New magazine spring

I have a Mossberg 500 that just sits here loaded and doesn't get used. The old magazine spring was very weak so I ordered an extra power one from Wolfe. Evidently, the factory used loctite on the magazine tube, I had to use heat to unscrew it.
As long as I was that far into it, I stripped it and gave it a thorough cleaning followed by oil and 0 weight grease in the appropriate places, much smoother now. All went well until putting the mag tube back in. I must've fiddled with that for fifteen minutes, the spring kept trying to escape. I finally got it back together so all is good. Hopefully those 3" #4 buckshot loads die of old age.[Image: IMG-20251115-113242.jpg]
