Every butt deserves a good rub

A little thread drift here...  I'm fixing up an offset smoker I bought for $40.  It's not one of the lightweight ones suitable for charcoal only. Now to find some seasoned maple. (My favorite cooking wood)

I had an offset. Too cool for me- I never got it right. Temp was always too low or high, not enough smoke… I like my pellet smoker for convenience, but a real offset gives amazing flavor.

Im out of pellets, have to see if Amazon has some, the smoker store closed up we shopped at
