Where are we at?

What I have learned is that the majority of times multi caliber silencers don’t do anything spectacular and are mediocre at best

Now if it’s 9mm-45 or 30 cal-762-300blackout

Or even 300 black to 556 they are decent

But stay away from 1 can does it all

Subsonic ammo gets maximum performance out of then while super sonic are not hearing safe but way quieter

Subsonic needs specialized bullets since they are going so slow when hunting from what I’ve read

I have a Deadman K and an Obsidian 45 silencer the K is a “fighting” can and shorter but it works decent on both 300 supersonic and 556 supersonic but not hearing safe

It chokes on 300 black subsonic and caused malfunctions but it’s got a high back pressure and the gun is not gassed to shoot subs

9mm/45 it just works but I’ve only shot 9mm. Pistol cans are not my jam….

I’ve got a 300 blackout Sig Rattler and looking at the Hexium line of suppressors. The 300 Hexium is designed & gassed for the 300 black and a long can but stupid quiet with subs from videos now the 762 Hexiuum is shorter and works really good on 300 but not as quiet as the 300 Hexium

For your large bore, look for a can that uses the same muscle device or direct thread barrels

YouTube has tons of silencer videos, the more you learn the easier it is to narrow down requirements. I’ll play em as background noise & when something sounds interesting……

Deadair silencers are some of the best at a decent price point but the price tends to go up in bigger calibers

If you buy a can, get a trust & have everyone put on the trust otherwise only people listed on the tax stamp can actually posses them

Look around at your gunshops & see what they carry and price more and more places are getting silencer shop kiosks and those make it super easy to buy, but they are really slow now with the huge demand for silencers
