Is the T mobile 5G? If so, try getting more distance between the tv and the T Mobile device. 5G can intefere with many UHF freqs.

If you have ethernet available, try it vs wireless.

You can also try a LTE/5G (low-pass) filter to block the 5G signals from the T Mobile. It installs bbetween the OTA coax and tv.

Lastly, ask T Mobile for advice.

You state you must wait to access your antenna input, therefore the above might be a waste short of ask T Mobile. So I take it the antenna plugs into a T Mobile device and not the tv? Surely not.

Lastly, If the antenna connects to the tv and you use the tv's remote, do you have the CEC function turned off or on? Off might resolve that issue. Another work around might be connecting the T Mobile device to your tv via an ethernet cable. That would resolve the 5G signal interfering with the UHF signals.
