Snowpocalyps at my house!!!

Been snowing all day and still is. We have about 2.5 inches in my yard. In South Carolina, that IS snowpocalyps! Currently 22 degrees and headed for the teens. My new heat pump has gone into defrost mode at least once today. It’s a good thing quilting is one of my wife’s hobbies. I hope the outdoor cat colony we feed and shelter survives the night.

No. No I don't. I grew up where snow flakes got as big as pie plates. I live at a much lower elevation these days and we have had snow about ten times in the last 23 years. Anywhere from 3" to 9". Where I grew up we only measured it in feet. It would be the damp cold from your area that would be the killer. We had dry cold.

48* windy here with not any snow in sight

I have a niece in Davidson, NC and she has a pile of snow. Her puppy (lab) is having a ball: both because of playing in the snow, and because its owner isn’t going anywhere with the whole town shut down.

Gastonia is where he is, we grew up together, one of 2 people from high school I’m regularly in contact with 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
