What's for supper!

I have bacon wrapped pork tenderloin medallions marinating in evoo, vinegar, minced garlic, mustard and honey. Foil packet carrots with evoo, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Putting it on the propane grill because I don't feel like splitting wood and starting a fire. Besides that, high winds and temperatures with 18% humidity.

What is "evoo?"

Had a large can of Bush’s baked beans doctored up with a few grilled hotdogs cut up and thrown in the beans 🤣🤣🤣

I had cream of tomato soup doctored up with chunks of fresh tomato from the garden (not my garden unfortunately) and sliced Bedder Chedders (cheese stuffed wieners).

Had some chuck roast in the freezer for 5 months, time to use it. Browned it well and into the crockpot it went with carrots potatos onions and cheap red wine. Thickened the gravy with flour. A cup or so of red wine really makes the gravy yummy.
That was Saturday, Sunday, and I'll finish it tonight.

Just put a blueberry coffee cake in the oven for tonights meeting. Finally used up the frozen blueberries. It was good last time but I think it would've benefitted from some vanilla so I added roughly 2 tspns.

Prep work is all done, dishes put away. I made the sauce with Serrano peppers this time.

Stuffed peppers tonight. I had one Serrano left so I diced that and put it in the mix. In the fridge I have cheddar, pecarino Romano, and asiago. Going to be weird tonight, I'll try some asiago on them.

Navy beans and ham shank along with wilted spinach in bacon grease and garlic.
