Yep, purchased a 2.5” Taurus 44 special revolver, did it on line & got $60 off using the stores website so I’ll wait till it arrives

Also ordered a Galco holster & ammo pouches

And 500rds 200gr TMJ and 100rds 200gr FMJ

Don’t tell the wife please, she is going to skin me alive 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I didn’t know Taurus made a 44 special again.

I currently have 3” L and N frame smiths in 4 special.

I have one of the older MilleniumPro .45s. Never an issue and decent enough gun. I remember it being recalled and all the bs associated with that. I kept mine. I also have their .38 Ulta-Lite which stays in the bed with me.

44 Magnum.... used to be the most powerful handgun in the world...... but not anymore..... but it could still blow your head clean off!

With the muzzle blast alone.
Does it have a pinned ejector star like their 357's do? That is one quality feature I would like to see back on S+W and Ruger revolvers.

I have sold a metric shit ton of Taurus handguns over the years. Starting in about 1988. Back then they were pretty much Saturday Night Specials, a rung above Phoenix. But they were solid guns that used S&W information and technology. They weren't S&W's by any stretch but they were 1/3rd the cost. I've owned a few of them over the years and can't complain as they just work. Still, they aren't S&W grade but they are good enough.
I have two Taurus handguns and both have served me well for many years! PT1911 and Raging Bull .44 mag. I want to get a .357 or .44 snubbie someday.
