Can I order a suppressor from Griffin Armament in Iowa without a 4473? Ship to me, or do I have to buy it from/ship it to my LGS? Do I still need a 4473?

As I understand it, a 4473 is still mandatory. Since it's only 1 court, I'd imagine most dealers would err on the side of caution and stick to the way it's been done in the past, at least until the dust settles.

Seems the VA thinks I need to see a endocrinologist and today they went to schedule it & first available appointment is right in the middle of the pre planning so trying to figure the shit out as it never fails

From my limited understanding you have to purchase from one of the companies in the lawsuit 

I was told I can purchase a can from silencer shop using their dealer network (you can find a local dealer on their website) they ship to that dealer & you fill out a 4473 and take it home (after a background check) as long as your state's laws are such they allow cans without any ATF compliance

it’s still really in flux, trying to figure out all the legal stuff it seems 

I read the government has 60 days to file an appeal of some kind but Trump told the ATF to not file and let it happen
